This Web site was designed and originally published in 1995 by Bob Kearley, Troop 116 Eagle Scout #114. For its first five years this site was hosted by Charlotte's Web, an innovator in community Internet services. Thanks go to the staff and volunteers at the Public Library of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County for their help in expanding the communications of Troop 116 with one of the first Boy Scout troop Web sites in the world.
